For our 15th anniversary, we booked into a posh hotel overlooking the Charles River. (Pete said that as he'd had to put up with me for the last decade-and-a-half, he deserved nice surroundings and an even nicer bottle of Champagne to help him forget. The booze might have helped, too, if I hadn't insisted on drinking half of it!)
