The game is called 'Senet'. In chapter 17 of the Book of the Dead, senet is described as one of the occupations of the deceased person in the next world. King Tut apparently liked the game, as he owned several boards.
Pete says: Unfortunately no one wrote down the rules, so we no longer know how to play it... or that's what it said in the museum, Julie is sure the rules are available online although Egypt had very little wifi back then.
